Payments

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance plans. Please check with your insurance to determine if I am in-network for your specific plan.

I accept cash and major credit cards, including HSA and flex spending cards, for payment. Full payment is required on the day of service.

If you are part of an insurance network, you may be able to request out-of-network reimbursement. In this case, I am glad to provide you with receipts which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you are considering submitting to your insurance company for reimbursement, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible?

Please be aware that should you choose to use your insurance benefits, you need to meet criteria for and be provided with a mental health diagnosis.
